This house received a complete transformation inside and out in preparation for market. From all painted external structures to every internal surface, this re-imagining received a colour scheme that reflected its bright, open nature and its sunny, beach side location. Great care was taken to maintain the natural woodwork and refresh it with a premium clear gloss once the ceilings and walls were complete.

Aside from painting, I assisted in laying carpets throughout this 3-bedroom home excluding the kitchen where I instead measured, cut and installed interlocking floorboards showcasing my construction skills and knowledge beyond painting, garnering this property a great deal of attention when it was listed mid 2022. Ricardi Painting Co continues to receive praise for our efforts here to this day by the previous owners, a legacy we strive towards with every project we undertake.
